AcoRL™ Reference Liposomes are pre-stained fluorescent liposomes, carefully formulated by combining a blend of biologically relevant synthetic lipids, along with 1 mol% AcoDyes™ relative to total lipid content. Designed to support the optimisation of instrument parameters, these liposomes provide a reliable reference for fluorescence-based analysis.
Available as both positive and negative controls with an average particle size of 100 nm, AcoRL™ Reference Liposomes help researchers visualise and analyse AcoDye™-stained biological samples with precision using flow cytometry or other fluorescence-based instruments*.
*Please note that users need to ensure their fluorescence-based instruments are equipped with the relevant lasers and detectors.
AcoRL-430™: Excitation= 355 nm (UV laser), Emission= 403 – 460 nm)
AcoRL-490™: Excitation = 405 nm (Violet laser), Emission = 458 – 508 nm
AcoRL-600™: Excitation= 488 or 561 nm (Blue or Yellow Laser), Emission= 586 – 635 nm
AcoRL-800™: Excitation= 638 nm (Red Laser), Emission= 775 – 818 nm
