- The Aco-600™ is a water-soluble membrane-labelling dye that can be excited by a blue or yellow laser (488 or 561 nm).
- When unbound in PBS, the dye remains non-aggregated and exhibits minimal fluorescence signal, effectively reducing false positive results.
- Its fluorescence occurs exclusively upon binding to the lipid bilayer, ensuring high specificity and accuracy.
